Desktop Support Technician

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop support to users 
  • Reset passwords for end users when needed 
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Responsible for basic server maintenance 
  • Performs basic equipment maintenance
  • Takes help desk calls when the help desk is unavailable or busy   

Requirements
  • Previous technical support experience required
  • Any certifications such as A+ are preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Customer service experience
  • Hard working, reliable, ability to multitask, catch on quickly to new concepts
