Positions will be working REMOTE, candidates needs to have reliable fast internet to perform the position. A quiet space to work at their home. If they have a USB wired headset with a microphone, they may be asked to utilize for a short period of time.
The Help desk Analyst provides technical assistance, support and advice to end users; this entails investigating and resolving all computer software and hardware issues.
Excellent customer service, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to resolve end user issues utilizing remote tools
Familiarity of ticketing systems
Experience with the removal of viruses and/or malware
Windows (windows 7 and above), Smartphones (Android, IOS etc.); 2-3yrs. experience
