This role is responsible for the supporting the digital team and making sure they are operating as efficiently as possible through management and execution of the agile processes, requirements and analytics.
We are looking for a highly driven, consumer-oriented person to join our rapidly growing team.
This person will play a huge role in helping scale out highly visible and impactful digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who is great at thinking analytically and manage complex backlogs, while bringing creativity and digital intuition to their work. They can also absorb information and translate to clear and concise requirements.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. You naturally savor data and you are motivated to use data to impact business decisions. You are familiar with current digital analytical concepts including, but not limited to, marketing channel attribution, web analytics, channel conversion, ROI analysis and tag management.
The position does not require software development, but an understanding of software development process and simple coding would go a long way particularly in capturing requirements. They must also be able to communicate clearly and run productive meetings.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Takes ownership of the digital team’s area/initiative analysis and delivers that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance – including area Scorecards.
Supports and executes the analytical needs of the digital team.
Supports digital team in the development of digital initiative specifications and documentation such as business cases, project charters, use cases, decision matrices, risk analysis, process flows and transition plans.
Supports the QA and Usability Testing efforts of the digital team.
Creates and maintains project plans with tasks, estimates, dates, dependencies and responsible parties. Monitoring and taking necessary actions to ensure that deadlines are met.
Assist in the development of sales plans, reforecast and expense budgets as requested.
May perform other duties as assigned.
The ability to take full ownership an important role in a growing company.
At least 1-3 years’ experience in the management of IT/Digital based project execution or comparable field.
At least 1-3 years’ experience with digital/platform analytics and the ability to integrate digital/platform metrics into robust reporting (Google Analytics preferred).
Excellent strategic and critical thinking abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to assess processes and implement change to improve quality and efficiency.
Familiarity with technical issues around web development and ability to work constructively with developers and designers.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Must possess above average interpersonal skills and have the ability to represent the company effectively in public forums and when interacting with potential partners.
Ability to work independently.
Requires proficient PC and Windows skills (intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications required).
Proficient PC and Windows skills (advanced skills in Excel, Access, SQL, and web analytics tools).
Basic understanding is required of mobile platforms iOS and Android, and OS Browsers IE, Safari, Chrome, Firefox.
Bachelors’ degree required in marketing, computer sciences or related field.
Master’s degree in marketing, computer sciences or related field preferred.
