Job Type: Contract to Hire
You will be routinely assist in presenting concepts, sketches, wireframes, conducting brainstorm sessions, and working sessions with cross functional teams.
2. FRAMEWORKS AND GUIDELINES
You will contribute to the design of conceptual frameworks and guidelines at the start of a phase, and consistently implement these frameworks and guidelines with rigor.
3. INTERACTION DESIGN
You will demonstrate ability for laying out information architecture on a micro scale. You should be able to digest large volumes of information and make sense of it for the end user.
4. PRACTICE KNOWLEDGE
You will maintain cultural awareness of the design landscape and future trends. You will proactively consume relevant content on the practice and processes of UX design.
5. RESEARCH AND TESTING
You will regularly contribute to research stimuli creation, attend participant sessions, and take an interest in the insights derived.
You will solve experience problems through prototyping (as applicable). You should be able to identify and apply the appropriate fidelity of prototype to net an efficient solution.
You should understand the importance of documenting in a clear, concise, efficient, easy-to-digest manner, making it easy for those who need to approve and build what we’re designing.
I regularly demonstrate the ability to communicate in a clear, consistent, and transparent manner. Equally I listen well and take action on clear direction.
You will have an eye for detail, and know it is important for me to make sure we’re designing the best experience possible. In parallel I provide concise UAT input throughout the process.
You should be able to think visually and collaborate with visual designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, and can do so in both formal and ad hoc settings.
11. OPEN DIALOG
You will take initiative to meet early and often with other disciplines. The best work happens when we have open dialog and can engage organically.
