Entry Level Service Desk / Data Entry Team

Our Client in Nashville has an entry level opening on the Service Desk assistance team. This is a great way to learn within a world class service desk team
Responsibilities and Requirements

  • The Data Entry team is responsible for monitoring the Service Desk mailbox during core business hours for the firm’s US Offices. 
  • Log into a computer and manage the Service Desk mailbox inbound traffic…)
  • They are responsible for ensuring Incident Requests (IR) are created for inbound email and V-mail items, verifying that attachments were added to the incident, correctly profiling the incident, and appropriately escalating (requeue) to the appropriate team queue.
  • M-F, regular office hours
  • paying about $17/ hour
  • 3 + month Contract to start, very probable to extend.
