OtterBase, a supplemental staffing company headquartered in Grand Rapids, recently opened an office in Minneapolis and expects continued growth in the region.

“OtterBase is very excited about the growth opportunity our new office provides, we’re looking forward to building new customer partnerships in the Twin Cities,” said Jeff Bennett, the company's president and co-founder.

Andrew Hebert, senior account manager, has been appointed to oversee the Minneapolis office operations. Hebert has a wide variety of industry knowledge, previously working as an account manager in the Detroit office. He will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships. One initiative for the office in the coming months is aggressive internal staffing to provide the expanding Minneapolis clientele with top-notch recruiters.

The company also has offices in Grand Rapids, Detroit, Boston, Chicago and Nashville.

It provides supplemental staffing support to a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, education, government, health care, energy and utilities, finance and banking, furniture, human resources, IT, insurance, legal services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and biomedical, food services and processing, retail and marketing and advertising.
