The Grand Rapids supplemental IT and engineering staffing company OtterBase announced the promotion of Keith Langbo and Joe Saad to vice president. As vice presidents, Langbo and Saad will oversee OtterBase offices and will be responsible for operational and financial tasks, as well as new business efforts and organizational development.
Langbo oversees OtterBase offices in Grand Rapids, Chicago and Boston. He has been the company's leading salesperson every year since joining OtterBase in 2003, continuously exceeding the top goals. He has worked as a recruiter, account manager and director of operations. Prior to OtterBase, Langbo worked as a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting. He holds a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing management from Purdue University.
Saad oversees OtterBase offices in Detroit and Nashville, Tenn. Since joining OtterBase seven years ago, Saad has helped the company grow more than 10 times larger in both revenue and number of employees. Previous positions at OtterBase include recruiter, account manager and director of operations. Saad holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan. More at www.otterbase.com.
