HRIS Administrator

The HRIS Administrator completes configuration of the HRIS system, end user support and system solutions to meet business needs. Provides support services with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise and
timeliness.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a contact for systems configurations, enhancements, upgrades, implementation, interfaces, and production
  • Assist with preparation and go live implementation of HRIS system leading user acceptance testing to ensure that HR systems meet the outlined requirements
  • Partners with management to solve system requests; gathers data, analyzing, interpreting and recommends appropriate system configuration to solve and meet business needs
  • Serves as a bridge between HR team, vendors, and business locations
  • Understands, interprets and converts business processes into workflows and system configurations
  • Ensure data integrity on incoming/outgoing files and conducts audits
  • Ensures the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with provided relevant legislation
  • Performs root cause analysis for system issues and makes recommended changes
  • Conduct end user training as needed
  • Works collaboratively with HR team, vendors, and agency partners to provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting, or the recognized equivalent in education and experience required
  • Two years of HRIS configuration or data management support required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure, implement and support HR data, processes and technology required
  • Experience with Taleo or Oracle enterprise systems is preferred
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint, and the internet\
  • Organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Effectively work with others to create a positive, team-oriented environment
  • Must have a high level of problem-solving capability
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task with energy and a positive attitude
