Implementation Specialist



  • The Implementation Specialist provides support and enhancement to projects and HRIS implementations
  • Provides quality support services with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise and timeliness



  • Partners in the development and maintenance of project plans for multiple implementations in the area of Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits
  • Assist with preparation and go live implementation of HRIS system
  • Partners with management to solve system requests
  • Serves as a bridge between HR team, vendors, and business locations
  • Understands and interprets business processes into workflows and system configurations
  • Ensure data integrity on incoming and outgoing files
  • Assist with the processing of system requests; gathering data, analyzing, interpreting and recommending go forward plans
  • Assist in developing system mapping and applying configuring set ups accordingly
  • Assist in the development of procedures and training documents and imparting knowledge through teaching, tutoring or instructing uses of the system
  • Works collaboratively with HR team, vendors, and agency partners to provide outstanding customer service



  • Education and/or Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting, or the recognized equivalent in education and experience required
  • Experience working with HRIS/HCM systems, implementation or system configuration required; 4 years’ experience preferred
  • Computer Skills- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint, and the internet
  • Other Qualifications- Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Effectively work with others to create a positive, team-oriented environment; must have a high level of problem-solving capability
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task with energy and a positive attitude
