Job Type:

  • Assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as they relate to the use, cleaning and maintenance of machinery for production of various food items
  • Will meet with Department Managers to gather information and understand point of contacts for discussion, take pictures of process or equipment for documents being written, observe process/installation of equipment on the production floor to gain an understanding of and document the needed information to be utilized by the area
  • Weekly status report on all documents that are being written is an expectation of this position   

  • Previous experience creating documentation and processes for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on the factory floor for short periods of time
