Technical Recruiter
Nick Easlick is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role, Nick's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to his clients for their staffing needs.
Nick Easlick attended Grand Valley and obtained a Bachelors degree in Marketing with a sales emphasis as well as a minor in Advertising and Public Relations.
At Grand Valley, Nick was the Advertising Manager for the Grand Valley Lanthorn, the student-run newspaper on campus. It was there where his sales team set back-to-back records for advertising sales, which improved by over 40% in his two years of management. In his last semester of college he obtained an internship at Wells Fargo Financial. He was in their sub-prime lending division writing loans for customers to better their financial situation.
In his spare time, Nick’s life revolves around family, friends, and sports. His favorite sports are football, basketball, baseball and golf. He also enjoys interacting with kids and mentoring. He wants to travel anywhere and everywhere. Finally, he has a strong passion for life and enjoys living for something much bigger than himself.
