President
Keith has been a part of the OtterBase team since August of 2003. He began his career as a Recruiter and quickly progressed through the organization holding roles such as Account Manager, Director, Vice President, and currently, President.
Keith is responsible for the vision and oversight of our six offices nationwide. His time is spent providing strategic direction to the organization, fostering high level business relationships, and overall professional development of our internal staff.
Keith received his Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. After graduation, he worked for Deloitte Consulting assisting clients through large scale ERP/Organizational Development projects.
Currently, Keith is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Co-Founder of the Grand Rapids Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Chapter. Personally, Keith enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing and spending time with his wife Erin, and two kids, Noah and Lily
