Jeff Bennett and Bill Bennett established OtterBase in 1998, a full-service professional supplemental staffing company that has grown into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. Jeff Bennett currently serves as OtterBase’s President and resides in Grand Rapids MI with his wife and two sons
