Technical Recruiter
Jason Doll is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role, Jason's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidate to his clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to joining OtterBase, Jason was IT Recruiter working for Recruiters of Minnesota where he specialized in placing IT professionals in the Twin Cities market. He’s been in the recruiting industry in the Twin Cities market now for over 5 years.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Education from Texas Lutheran University, where he played 4 years of NAIA D-1 baseball. After graduating, he spent 2 years in Germany playing professionally for the Wolfsburg Yahoos of the German First League of Baseball.
Jason enjoys the Minnesota sports scene, playing baseball, golf, and hockey.
He currently resides in Minneapolis with his wife Dawn and daughter Isabella.
