Technical Recruiter
Courtney Dates is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role Courtney’s primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Courtney was a Case Worker for Orchards Children’s Services where she successfully managed and established Medicaid entitlements for children.
She has received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
Personally, Courtney is a huge Detroit sports fan, loves traveling, reality TV and is currently in training to become a foster parent.
