Technical Recruiter
Caitlin Courneen is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role Caitlin’s primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs in the Chicago area.
Caitlin attended Penn State University and received Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Advertising/Public Relations.
In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys playing with her black lab, exercising, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. Her other interests include fashion, travel, and dark chocolate.
