Technical Recruiter
Alicia Nalepa is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role Alicia’s primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Alicia worked for Quicken Loans as a Senior Mortgage Banker.
She has attended the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy and has received her Massage Therapy License.
Personally, Alicia enjoys college football, tailgating and traveling with friends.
