Account Manager
Andrew Hebert is Manager of the OtterBase Twin Cities office in Minneapolis. In this role, Andrew's primary responsibilities are to lead business development efforts, manage client relationships, and providing industry-leading, customized staffing solutions. Andrew began his career with OtterBase in Michigan as a Technical Recruiter in January 2006. After one year as an Account Manager in Detroit, he moved into his current role in January 2008.
Prior to OtterBase, Andrew worked as a Human Resources Associate for Fremont Investment & Loan, a national mortgage lending bank located in Southern California.
He received his Masters Degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
Andrew currently resides in Eden Prairie, MN with his wife, Emily.
