Technical Recruiter
Whitney Monticello is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role, Whitney's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill positions and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Whitney worked for Micros Systems, Inc. where she traveled to hotels across U.S. and Canada in order to lead implementation and training classes on new hotel software.
She received her Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in Hospitality Business.
Personally, Whitney enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and spending time up north.
