Technical Recruiter
Ric Stevens is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role, Ric's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill positions and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to his clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Ric worked as a VMS Program Coordinator for Whirlpool Corporation where he was responsible for supporting the contract labor hiring process. He also has previous experience in Chicago, IL as a Technical Recruiter placing IT professionals of all skill levels with Forune 500 clients throughout the Chicagoland area.
Ric received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Eli Board College of Michigan State University with a major in Human Resource Management.
In his personal time, Ric enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog. He also enjoys playing golf, attending MSU football games in the fall, and wine tasting in Southwest Michigan.
