Technical Recruiter
Mike Barile is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role Mike's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to his clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Michael attended Madonna University and received a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Michael enjoys officiating ice hockey games, watching all sports, and socializing with friends.
