Manager of Branch Recruiting
Carl Saad is the Manager of Branch Recruiting for OtterBase. In this role, Carl’s primary responsibilities include supervision of the Livonia Recruitment team, maintaining client base and pre-screening for potential consultants in a variety of industries. Carl also holds a seat on the Internal Recruiter forum board.
Carl started at OtterBase as a technical recruiter in 2005 and was promoted to Manager of Branch Recruiting in May of 2006. He has received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan.
Personally, Carl is an avid sports fan and a movie buff. In his spare time he enjoys working out and socializing with friends.
