Technical Recruiter
Chelsea Golden is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role Chelsea’s primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Chelsea was the Marketing Coordinator and Front Office Manager at Houlihan Capital. There she was responsible for the marketing initiatives, website development and maintenance, and handled all of the front office needs.
Chelsea attended Arizona State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. As an undergrad, Chelsea was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority where she was the Leadership and Nominating Committee Chairman for two years. While actively involved in her sorority and maintaining a full class load, Chelsea had internships with Sports Illustrated, Victoria’s Secret and a part-time job. Personally, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her friends and family, visiting her home state of Arizona and 80’s music.
