Technical Recruiter
Carly Goodwin is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role, Carly's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Carly was a Regional Human Capital Assistant at BDO Seidman, LLP where she assisted with the collegiate and professional recruiting, training and development and new hire on-boarding.
She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources from Aquinas College.
Personally, Carly enjoys playing tennis, golf, running, cooking, and spending time with family and friends
