Account Manager
Ashley Vartyak is an Account Manager for OtterBase.
In this role, Ashley is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing her existing client partners. She is focused on delivering quality solutions and qualified candidates for each and every client.
Prior to OtterBase, Ashley worked as a consultant for several corporations in talent acquisition, training and development and organizational development.
She received her bachelor's degree with a major in Psychology as well as minors in Business and Philosophy from Western Michigan University. She then immediately pursued her Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology form The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Ashley has also completed her Professional in Human Resource Management Certification.
Ashley is an active member of several networking groups as well as the Greater Ann Arbor Society of Human Resource Management (GAASHRM). She is a lead volunteer on the GAASHRM Workforce Readiness committee, where she supports Michigan’s’ displaced or underemployed workers in training and job search support. Personally, Ashley also loves to read, spend time at the lake, and vacation with friends and family.
