Techincal Recruiter
Ashley Vartyak is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role Ashley's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Prior to OtterBase, Ashley worked as a consultant for several corporations in talent acquisition, training and development and organizational development.
She received her bachelor's degree with a major in Psychology as well as minors in Business and Philosophy from Western Michigan University. She then immediately pursued her Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology form The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Outside work, Ashley volunteers was an Outplacement Coach and Trainer to provide displaced MI workers with job search tips and support. Personally, Ashley also loves to read, spend time at the lake, and vacation with friends and family. .
