Technical Recruiter
Adam Pergram is a Technical Recruiter for OtterBase. In this role Adam's primary responsibilities include actively searching for candidates to fill jobs and interviewing them in order to provide the best candidates to her clients for their staffing needs.
Adam is native of Cincinnati, Ohio where he attended Bishop Fenwick High School and is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He graduated with a Degree in Political Science and a double minor in International Relations/ Studies and African American Studies. Adam moved to Nashville in 2007 after graduating college. At his previous job he worked as a recruiter for Star Transportation, a mid-sized regional trucking company in Nashville, recruiting truck drivers from all over the country. He also moved into an investigative role shortly after that, heading up the background department and making sure that all the hired drivers adhered to strict Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling to see live music, going to sporting events, especially Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators games, rooting for the Cincinnati Reds, coaching middle school football for a parochial league team in Madison, Tennessee, and playing golf. He hopes to one day climb Horse Ranch Mountain in Zion National Park.
