OtterBase Inc. is a full-service supplemental staffing company providing top quality resources/talent to our clients. Due to continuous growth we have an opening for an Account Manager in our various office locations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Willing to work in respective locations yet open to possible client related travel, and potential relocation
  • Ideally at least 5 years of previous business sales experience
  • Fit within the OtterBase culture
  • Self-starter, doesn’t need constant management to get the job done
  • Intelligent, well-spoken, top in professionalism
  • Ideally, has existing client relationships that could generate immediate business

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling OtterBase Inc. supplemental staffing services to clients in designated territory/industry.
  • Proactively identify new business and continue existing business penetration
  • Provide peer management/accountability/support of other Account Managers, Recruiters & Directors
  • Initially, this person will work closely with the Technical Recruiter Team to understand the candidate-recruitment side of the business.
