Responsibilities:
- Participate in activities related to migration of client’s current billing systems to a HIPPA compliant system
- Provide comprehensive post-installation support by phone and through pcAnywhere for a broad range of software issues on both standalone and server installs
- Troubleshoot software performance problems
- Modify tables and create procedures in MS Visual FoxPro to customize the software for individual client’s needs
- Create, test and deploy patches to clients
- Enhance software for mapping payers of medical claims
- Create and maintain applications to facilitate defaults for software
- Remotely connect to clients’ systems to solve software and technology issues
- Design and code client user interfaces
- Perform quality assurance testing
Requirements:
- Experience with C++, Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro, HTML, JavaScript, ASP, VBScript, MS Access
- 1-2 years experience
- 4 year degree
